These Terms and Conditions apply to the qdBox app (the ‘Application’) for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The Application is provided by the developer of qdBox (the ‘Service Provider’) as a commercial service.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Application. You may not attempt to extract the source code, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the Application’s source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
qdBox is a finance and operations dashboard for tracking revenue, subscription metrics (including MRR), costs, and basic project organization. It may display trends, comparisons, and breakdowns based on data you enter and/or data retrieved from connected services.
qdBox is not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advisory software. The Application does not provide professional advice and does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying numbers and making your own decisions.
Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, billing terms, and renewal details are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm payment.
If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
The Service Provider may modify the Application, introduce new features, or change pricing at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you through the App Store.
The Application may allow you to connect third-party services such as RevenueCat and Stripe. If you choose to connect them, qdBox will retrieve data (for example: payments, subscriptions, amounts, currencies, timestamps, and related metadata) to display inside your dashboard.
qdBox uses these connections on a read-only basis: it does not send your business data back to RevenueCat or Stripe and does not create, modify, or manage your subscriptions, customers, or payment objects on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys and access credentials secure and for ensuring you have the rights to connect and use data from any third-party account.
The Application does not require an account. Your qdBox data is primarily stored on your device unless you choose to export it.
The Application may also use limited analytics/diagnostics and subscription infrastructure to operate and improve the service. For details, please review the Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may use analytics to understand usage and improve the Application. This may include PostHog analytics and RevenueCat analytics (where applicable). Analytics providers may process limited technical data such as device identifiers, app version, event timestamps, IP address, and diagnostics.
The Application may use third-party services that have their own terms and policies. Below are links to services commonly used by the Application:
The Application may allow you to export data (for example to CSV/JSON). You are responsible for how you store, share, and protect exported files, including any sensitive business information contained in them.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may compromise security features and cause the Application to malfunction.
Some functions of the Application may require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data), including syncing data from connected services and monitoring certain infrastructure signals. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms may apply, and you may incur charges (including roaming charges). You accept responsibility for any such charges.
The Application is provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that displayed metrics or monitoring signals (including domain/website availability) will be accurate or complete at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Application; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) decisions you make based on information shown in the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. Operating system requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time and may terminate your right to use it without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end and you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
If you request a refund through Apple, Apple may ask for information to evaluate your request. As part of the refund process, the Service Provider may share limited information with Apple related to your in-app purchase (for example, purchase identifiers and basic access status to purchased features), only to the extent necessary to help Apple make an informed decision and in accordance with Apple’s policies.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2026-02-21.
If you have any questions or suggestions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact the Service Provider at contact@qdbox.one.
