Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the qdBox app (the ‘Application’) for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The Application is provided by the developer of qdBox (the ‘Service Provider’) and is intended for use ‘AS IS’.

qdBox is a finance and operations dashboard for owners of digital products and SaaS. It helps you track projects, revenue (including MRR), costs, tasks, and basic infrastructure items like domains and important links. The Application does not require an account.

The Application may process the following types of information:

• User-entered data: organizations, projects, tasks, notes, links, domains, and any manual income/expense entries you add.
• Connected sources (optional): if you connect RevenueCat and/or Stripe, the Application will retrieve financial and subscription data (e.g., payments, subscriptions, amounts, currencies, and timestamps) to display analytics inside qdBox.
• App settings: preferences such as currency, time period selections, and appearance options.
• Diagnostics & usage analytics: limited usage events and technical diagnostics to improve stability, performance, and product decisions.

The Application does not require access to your photos, camera, microphone, or precise location to function.

If you choose to connect RevenueCat or Stripe, qdBox uses your credentials (such as API keys) to read data from those services and show it in the app. qdBox does not send your data back to RevenueCat or Stripe and does not create, modify, or manage your subscriptions or customers on your behalf. Connections are used only to fetch and refresh data for your dashboard.

The Service Provider uses analytics to understand how the Application is used and to improve the product. The Application may use:

• PostHog for product analytics (usage events, feature adoption, basic diagnostics).
• RevenueCat Analytics for subscription and revenue analytics derived from your RevenueCat setup (where applicable).

Analytics providers may process limited technical information such as device identifiers, app version, event timestamps, IP address, and diagnostics. The Service Provider does not receive your Apple ID credentials.

The Application may use the following third-party service providers. Their privacy policies explain how they handle data:

• PostHog (analytics)
• RevenueCat (sync & analytics)
• Stripe (sync)

If additional third-party services are used in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• as required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process);
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who process information on their behalf for the purposes described above, and who are required to protect it.

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device. If the Application provides an in-app option to limit analytics collection, you may use that option where available.

Your qdBox data is primarily stored on your device and remains there unless you delete it (for example by removing items inside the app or uninstalling it). Analytics/diagnostic data (if collected) is retained only as long as needed for operational purposes and according to the policies of the providers listed above.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact us at contact@qdbox.one so that we can take appropriate action.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to help protect information processed and maintained in connection with the Application. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to use appropriate safeguards.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-02-21.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
